Shipping policy

Where we ship: we currently ship only within the United States.

Made to order: every print, canvas, book, and piece of merchandise is made after you order it. Most orders are made within 2–5 business days, then shipped.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of ordering. This is an estimate, and busy holiday seasons can take longer.

Shipping costs: standard shipping is free on everything we ship within the United States.

Tracking: you'll receive an email with tracking information when each item ships, where tracking is available.

Orders may arrive in separate packages. Our books, art, and merchandise are made in different places, so an order with more than one type of item may arrive on different days, each with its own tracking.

Digital downloads — ebooks, audiobooks, and music — are delivered by email once your payment is confirmed, with no shipping charge.

Please double-check your address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, email us and we'll work with you to send it again. Any additional production or shipping costs will be your responsibility.
